RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by original tags and packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings and sale items are non-returnable.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days upon inspection.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
